Where flash is the tight budget instead, a certified 4K HDR box fits a 512 MB NAND, built from a 175 MB squashfs root filesystem on a HiSilicon Hi3796MV200 and certified for Amazon Prime Video. At current DRAM and flash prices, trimming either budget is significant at volume – one codebase across HiSilicon and MediaTek SoCs.
Amazon Prime Video Certification End-to-End
